In accordance with the Terms and Conditions and ITP Plan, the Respondents, Respondent Members and Respondent Associates must not contact Project Stakeholders during the Tender Process in relation to the Project without the State's prior written approval.
Respondents are referred to section 3.5 of the ITP Plan which sets out the process for communicating with Project Stakeholders.
