The State may also consider any or all of the following issues when evaluating Proposals:
• Past behaviour: The State may consider past conduct, behaviour and corporate history of any Respondent Member;
• Conformity with the PSDR: The State will consider the extent to which the Respondents have submitted complete Proposals and the extent to which each Proposal complies with the requirements of the PSDR;
• Probity investigations: The State reserves the right to evaluate any matters revealed as a result of its probity and security investigations in evaluating Proposals;
• Conflict of interest: The State will consider the nature of any actual or perceived conflicts of interest and the way in which Respondents propose to manage any such conflicts;
• Responses to clarifications: Respondent responses to questions or any further information requested by the State after the lodgement of Proposals; and
• Respondent interviews: The performance of Respondents (and any information provided) at any presentations or interviews conducted after the lodgement of Proposals.
