Prior to appointment of a Preferred Respondent, one or more Respondents may be invited to enter into negotiations with the State with a view to the appointment of the Preferred Respondent.
The State will manage the negotiation and completion phase at its absolute discretion and may require additional information from Respondents and their participation in meetings.
