This Section specifies the basis upon which Respondents are required to submit their Proposals. It is important that Respondents comply with the information and instructions provided below to permit consistency in the evaluation of Proposals.
Each Respondent must lodge a Proposal by the Closing Time and Date [(#:##pm [#AEST / #AEDT] on [insert date)] that is complete and responds to and meets the requirements of this RFP, including all requirements detailed in Volume 1, Part B (Evaluation Criteria and Proposal Requirements).
All Proposals (including all elements of the financing proposal) are to be held firm and be capable of acceptance by the State for the Validity Period.
