Respondents must confirm in their Proposals that all representations made as part of the information provided in the EOI remain true and accurate in all material respects, save as specifically disclosed in the Proposal. The State reserves the right to return to any matters raised in the EOI as part of the negotiation process, where circumstances have changed in some material respect.
