The Proposal Requirements in Volume 1, Part B (Evaluation Criteria and Proposal Requirements) have been structured (where possible) to link into the Evaluation Criteria that the State will use to evaluate Proposals.
In addition to the Evaluation Criteria, the Proposal Requirements contain a non-exhaustive list of issues that the State will consider when forming a view on the degree to which the Evaluation Criteria have been achieved.
Respondents are encouraged to be mindful of both the Evaluation Criteria and the associated considerations when formulating their Proposals.
