Guidance note: This Section allows for Procuring Agencies to specify the deferral of requirements for submission of specified documents (including Development Phase Plans), in the interests of streamlining the RFP Process. Table 17 includes examples of documentation that may be deferred but should be updated to reflect the position adopted for the Project. If Development Phase Plans are to be deferred, the list of Development Phase Plans should be consistent with the Project Deed and specify the Proposal submission requirements in addition to the timing for submission prior to Contract Close. |
In the interests of streamlining the RFP Process, the State has deferred the requirement for the documentation set out in Table 17 (Further Documentation Required Prior to Contract Close) prior to Contract Close rather than at Proposal lodgement. Note further documentation may be requested if required.
Table 17: Further Documentation Required Prior to Contract Close
Document | Prior to Contract Close | |
[Draft insurance policies] | [Not required in Proposal] | [Insert timing for submission] |
[Appointment of Independent Reviewer] | [Not required in Proposal] | [Insert timing for submission] |
[Insert Development Phase Plans (e.g. Technical Acceptance Plan, Commercial Acceptance Plan)] | Insert Proposal submission requirements (e.g. outline plans, method statements etc.) | [Insert timing for submission of Plans prior to Contract Close.] |
