Each Respondent must lodge its Proposal by the Closing Time and Date (#:##pm [#AEST / #AEDT] on [insert date).
Proposals must be provided in sealed envelopes or packages addressed to:

[insert Department name]
[insert physical address of Tender Box]
Each Proposal must be clearly marked with the name and address of the Respondent.
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the State reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to accept or reject any Proposal received after the Closing Time and Date (#:##pm [#AEST / #AEDT] on [insert date]).
Faxed or e-mailed Proposals will not be accepted.
