The Probity Advisor has been appointed by the State to advise on and monitor the procedural integrity of the Tender Process.
In accordance with Clause 10.1(e) of the Terms and Conditions, contact may be made with the Probity Advisor. The contact details for the Probity Advisor are as follows:

If a Respondent or Respondent Member becomes aware of a probity issue or concern, the Respondent or Respondent Member must immediately contact the Probity Advisor and provide details of:
• the issue or concern;
• how the issue or concern impacts on their interest;
• the relevant background information; and
• their proposed resolution of the issue or concern.
The Respondent or Respondent Member must not delay in contacting the Probity Advisor and any contact or communication with the Probity Advisor must also be disclosed to the State.
