This Glossary applies only to Volume 1 of this RFP and not to any other Volume of this RFP.
If a capitalised term is referred to in this RFP, but is not defined in this Glossary, then to the extent the term is defined in the Project Deed, that term shall have the meaning given to it in the Project Deed.
