Shareholder Guarantees

Respondents are required to provide the following details for any shareholder guarantees contemplated in their commercial structure:

•  details of each guarantor;

•  cap on amount of each guarantee;

•  timing of availability;

•  duration of each guarantee; and

•  terms and conditions of each guarantee.
