Sanctions

I understand that if I breach this Individual Code of Conduct, my employer will take disciplinary action which could include:

1.  Informal warning

2.  Formal warning

3.  Additional training

4.  Loss of up to one week's salary

5.  Suspension of employment (without payment of salary), for a minimum period of one month up to a maximum of six months

6.  Termination of employment

7.  Report to the Police if warranted
