Project appraisal and selection process involves at least two stages. A project will firstly be screened and prioritised based on its merits, alignment with infrastructure needs, or local/national priority. Then, further evaluations will be carried out to determine if the project is eligible, and feasible, for PPP. This can be done through various analysis such as feasibility study and value for money (VFM) calculations.
