a. A Partnership Contract and all its terms, rules, and obligations will be governed by the provisions of this Law and the resolutions issued in pursuance hereof. Where the Partnership Contract is silent, the legislation in force in the Emirate, including the above-mentioned Law No. (6) of 1997, will apply.
b. A Partnership Contract may not stipulate that disputes arising therefrom be referred to arbitration outside of the Emirate, or that any dispute regarding the arbitration or its related procedures be subject to any laws or rules other than those in force in the Emirate. Any provision to the contrary of this rule will be deemed void and non-binding.
