A Government Entity may, in coordination with the DOF, authorise a Project Company to enter into Contracts with financial institutions to finance the works and activities of the Project Company, subject to the legislation in force in the Emirate. In this case, the Project Company will be solely responsible for all the obligations arising from that Contract.
