The nature of the PPP contracts shall be governed by specific time periods, whether they are design/building/operation contracts; design, building and operation contracts; or any other form of the PPP contracts. To ensure achieving the public interest, the Federal Entity shall, before the contract expiration date, take the required actions to ensure continuity of providing service to society members.
