The request for EOI shall be advertised in state broadcasting outlets, local and regional Arabic and English-language dailies, and on the relevant Government Entity's website. If the Government Entity believes that international Bidder expertise might be required on the project, advertisements should also be placed in international newspapers, magazines, and journals which have a wide circulation.
