The purpose of this section is to oversee the Bidding Process by outlining and following the Bid evaluation procedures upon receiving Bidders' proposals, including the different components of evaluation that must be considered. Important considerations to be cognisant of managing the Bid process and evaluation procedures should also be deliberated, and a diligent negotiation process should be followed to finalise the Partnership Contract with the Preferred Bidder.
