All members of the PPP Project Team, including the representatives of the Transaction Advisor, must be required to sign off on a code of conduct that requires compliance with certain rules and regulations which will be applied in a uniform manner on every project. A similar code of conduct will also need to be developed that will be signed by all prospective bidding Consortiums and their advisors on every Project.
