Once the Bidders have been ranked by the Government Entity, the identity of the highest ranking Bidder must be submitted to the Partnership Committee for review, which will then recommend it for intermediate approval to the Department of Finance. If the Department of Finance provides its approval after conducting a review of the evaluation process, negotiations can commence between the Government Entity and the Preferred Bidder relating to the terms of the bid.
