Transaction Advisor(s) is a Consortium of professional consultants - which may include commercial, financial, technical, legal, environmental, insurance, or other services - from one or more firms who work in concert with the PPP Project Team during both the initiation stage and the procurement stage. Their roles should be clearly outlined before the selection phase to ensure that all the requirements and Deliverables expected from advisors are addressed.
