The RfP is intended to be the definitive document that defines the project and its nature and scope in detail, outlines the requisite input and output specifications along with their corresponding performance indicators, the legal and commercial information that needs to be conveyed to Bidders, and the financial information, amongst other components. It is one of the formal documents released by the Government Entity and as such, serves to attract and convince interested Bidders and the broader private sector of the seriousness of the organisation's desire to procure the project.
