DESCRIPTION

The purpose of post-procurement process is to outline how the Government Entity must manage its relationship with the Preferred Bidder during the Project Lifecycle - from the time the contract is signed until the end of the concession term. It aims to set out the project governance and reporting structure to be followed, the procedure for changing aspects of the contract as well as settling disputes with the private partner, and the procedure for managing asset handover at the end of the concession term.
