Methodology

This research was conducted by the Arcadis Contract Solutions team and is based on global construction disputes handled by the team in 2018, as well as contributions from industry experts. Due to limited responses, input from Asia and South America were not included in the 2019 global report.

A special thank you to those that provided responses to the survey. For each survey response, Arcadis made a donation to Water For People. Arcadis had been a long-time partner of Water For Perple, an international nonprofit working across nine countries to bring safe water and sanitation to millions of people.
