4.6 The formulation of a full check list, or the adoption of existing ones such as those of the BPF or BSRIA, should be an urgent task of the reconstituted Joint Contracts Tribunal as part of their new duties as recommended in Chapter 5. As each stage of design is completed, the consultant should sign it off accordingly.
