Subsequent detailed work should inform implementation

Together, the 2027 Plan, 2021 Reform Priority List and 2027 Implementation Pathway present an evidence-based plan for achieving better outcomes for all Australians. These documents should inform subsequent detailed assessments of the activities and options required to implement the recommendations.

These assessments will then be the basis for policy assessment processes such as regulatory impact statements and cost-benefit analyses, and should be used to drive the subsequent design and implementation of reforms.
